Michelle R. Danner
Director - Marketing, Account Management
Among Michelle's many roles at BrightClaim are account management, catastrophe management and marketing. Michelle has dedicated her entire professional career to the claims industry for both insurance companies as well as independent claims handling companies. Michelle has held positions as adjuster, coordinator and supervisor.
Her experience in those roles has included Personal and Commercial Lines Property, Lender Placed coverage, General Liability, Auto Liability and Homeowner Warranty claims. She is recognized as a licensed adjuster in 14 states.
Lawrence (Larry) Hinkel
Unit Manager
Larry joined BrightClaim in 2005 and currently oversees our Liability Claims Department. He as served in the claims industry for 21 years. Larry has experience in personal and commercial lines property and auto.
During his career, Larry has specialized in programs managing over-the-road trucking, municipalities, workers compensation, general liability, professional liability and catastrophe claims operations.
Ron Folger
Director - Contents Services
Ron is responsible for the day-to-day management of all contents related services provided by BrightClaim, including Schedule C Contents Services and BrightClaim's Onsite Contents Services.
In addition to being a licensed adjuster, Ron's experience includes working with and managing multiple technical experts on all property claim related issues, from structural engineers to subrogation specialists.
Robert C. Yancey
Director - Inspection Services
Robert's responsibilities include managing our Warranty/Product liability claims administration unit and development of the Water Mitigation program for our BrightServ group. He has more than 13 years of claims experience, including 10 years managing high profile class action settlement cases, product recall/product warranty claims administration, quality assurance programs, and environmental claims. Other experience includes management of a national call center, direct contractor repair programs, catastrophe claims, and liability claims administration.
Robert is a licensed claims adjuster and has served in various capacities such as claims adjuster, supervisor, assistant operations supervisor, branch manager and director of operations.
Michael S. Conley
Supervisor
Michael has been a member of the BrightClaim team since 2005 and has played a number of key roles in the organization. He has 10 years experience in the insurance industry working in personal and commercial lines property as well as personal lines auto.
At the supervisory level, Michael is our staff expert in the handling of Lender Hazard Placed claims and currently oversees five of our various client dedicated property programs.
Katie Johns
Supervisor
Katie joined BrightClaim in 2005 and currently serves as supervisor overseeing four of our national property programs. She has been in the construction and insurance industries for 12 years and has handled personal/commercial lines property, over-the-road trucking, general liability, auto BI/PD and subrogation.
Katie has extensive field experience and is well versed in handling large loss exposures. She serves as our resident expert in estimating techniques on multiple software platforms.
Christina Johnson
Supervisor
Christina joined BrightClaim in 2005 and brought 12 years of experience in personal/commercial lines property, auto BI, general liability, litigation management, trucking liability and garage keepers liability to our organization.
Christina has also worked four years in the fraud/special investigation field of insurance claims. She currently serves as the supervisor of our liability programs.
Jeff Nachreiner
Supervisor
Jeff has been in the insurance industry for nine years and has seven years field experience handling residential/commercial property, auto BI and over-the-road trucking. After joining the firm in 2005, he managed a large Hurricane Rita catastrophe operation for BrightClaim in Louisiana.
Currently, Jeff oversees the handling of all day-to-day claims and manages catastrophe operations for our largest national property program. He also oversees our Midwest claims operation based in Madison, WI.
